.htaccess blocking for upgrades

A quick and dirty .htaccess or virtualhost to block a site while its being upgraded

<Location />
  Order deny,allow
  Deny from all
  Allow from <YOUR_IP>
  ErrorDocument 403 "Under maintance, please be back back soon"
